adapted from: Where's Mom Now That I Need Her
2 C. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
2 c. milk
4 t. lemon juice
1 T. ener-g egg replacer mixed with 4 T. warm water (to replce 2 eggs)
4 T. butter or margarine melted
1) Melt 4 T. butter and set it aside to cool.
2) Mix 1 T. ener-g egg replacer with 4 T. warm water. Mix well and set aside.
3) Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; stir in milk, lemon juice and melted butter. Add egg replacer.
4) Cook on greased waffle iron.
5) Enjoy!
Makes 8 individual waffles.

Ok, this is the third allergy friendly waffle recipe I've seen online in as many days.
Maybe it's time for me to finally face...the waffle iron.
